Accredited Customer Service Training

 

If you are a hospitality/tourism or retail provider, then the World Host Training Programme is an excellent business and personal development opportunity.  The Accredited “Customer Service” Training Programme is coming to Omagh over 2 days at a reduced cost of £20 per participant.

The following Customer Service Training Programmes will be available in Omagh; “Principles of Customer Service in Hospitality/Tourism and Ambassador Training” and “Principles of Customer Service -Retail, Sales Powered by Service and Product Display and Merchandising”.

The cost for participants is £20 each thanks to funding from The Northern Ireland Tourist Board and Department of Employment and Learning (Normally costing £190).   It is essential that participants attend both days in order to qualify for the funding and to gain the qualification.

Both programmes are two days and will take place on the following dates:

Tourism / Hospitality

9am – 4.30pm each day
Day 1- Principles of Customer Service
Day 2 – Ambassador Training 1/2 Day and 1/2 day Familiarisation Trip to local attractions.

Retail
